In a very short time, MTS Sickle Cell Foundation has become much more than we’ve ever envisioned it to be. Through speaking engagements, health fairs, and social media, we’ve spread a message of awareness, support, and advocacy to a broader audience than we could have ever anticipated. We’ve taken sickle cell awareness to audiences where we’ve challenged the stigma and stereotypes that have surrounded sickle cell disease for a long time, all the while continuing to provide support to families.
